Terms of Service
Effective August 28, 2026. Covers Preflight, Design Check, and Vantage.
The services
All the Possibles operates Preflight (an MCP server security scanner), Design Check (an AI-generated-design critique tool), and Vantage (a Search Console reporting dashboard for agencies). Each has a free tier available without an account, and a paid Pro subscription billed monthly through Stripe.
Accounts and API keys
A Pro subscription issues you an API key. You're responsible for keeping it confidential, treat it like a password. If it leaks, email support@allthepossibles.com and we'll revoke it and issue a new one.
Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal (linked from your product's site) or by emailing support, you'll keep Pro access through the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months, but we'll make it right if something on our end broke.
Acceptable use
Don't use these services to attack, scan, or check systems you don't have permission to test. Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer the detection rulesets for the purpose of evading them maliciously, or resell API access without a separate agreement with us.
No warranty on results
Preflight and Design Check give you signal, not a guarantee. A "clear" verdict from Preflight doesn't mean an MCP server is safe in every respect; a high Design Check score doesn't guarantee good design. Use your own judgment alongside these tools, especially for anything security-critical.
Limitation of liability
These services are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, All the Possibles isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of them, including decisions made based on a scan, check, or report.
Changes
We may update these terms as the products change. Material changes will update the effective date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
